Day 21: My Favourite OTP

Ooh, this is a rather controversial topic for avid shippers. For the purpose of this post, I shall choose to talk about my OTP from Reply 1988! 
It's Dukseon - Taek! I guess this is a pretty unique choice considering the people around me all root for Junghwan. Please hear me out, I have a pretty good reason for this choice: Taek was always sure about his feelings. 

1. When everyone laughed at the prospect of one of them liking Dukseon, he flat out declared in front of them that he did like her. 
2. He always made sure to keep his promises to her.
3. He puts her first. He even forfeited a baduk competition to accompany her to a concert. It's a big deal thinking how Taek is someone who knows nothing but baduk in his life. 

I'm pretty sure there are a lot more moments to justify my OTP, but the 3 above are the most important ones IMO. On the contrary, Junghwan is the tsundere type. He hesitates a lot! If I were Dukseon, it would almost feel like he finds being with her rather embarrassing. In the end, even Junghwan understands why it's not him who ends up with our heroine. It's summarised in my favourite scene from the whole drama (arguably from all of the dramas I've watched!).
